Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Lois Jeans tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
